Many men think they have the knowledge to lose weight but, in reality, most drop a few kilos quickly, and put the weight back on within a few months.
That’s why we’ve created SHED-IT, a low-cost weight loss program designed by men, for men. This program teaches you all about the science of long-term, sustainable weight management. There are no group sessions, weekly meetings, pills, potions or fads. Instead, you will receive a resource pack that provides you with the knowledge and motivation you need to make sustainable healthy changes to your lifestyle.
The best part about SHED-IT is that it also helps you to lose weight without entirely giving up the things you love. So you can still enjoy that cold beer or those hot chips every now and then.
During the program, you can expect to:
- improve your fitness level and eating habits
- improve your heart health and wellbeing
- lose weight and keep it off (men lose 4 to 5kgs on average).
You will receive weekly emails and a logbook with information on how to effectively lose weight and keep it off. You can print these off, update it on your computer or use an online program to assist you throughout the program.
