GDM Metro Needs Analysis — Clinician Survey
Help shape the future of GDM care in Perth
If you work in public gestational diabetes (GDM) services in the Perth metropolitan area, we want to hear from you — what’s working, what isn’t, and where care could be strengthened.
Diabetes WA is delivering the GDM Metro Needs Analysis Project, funded by WA Health. Your feedback will go directly into a report to WA Health, identifying areas of need and shaping future co-designed solutions — including opportunities to strengthen service integration and digital innovation.
- Takes 10–15 minutes
- Confidential — responses reported de-identified
- Closes 31st August 2026
Community Survey
Invite your patients to shape future GDM care
Help us capture the perspectives of women who have received public GDM care in the Perth metropolitan area.
Women who have received public GDM care in Perth are being invited to share their experience through a short community survey. What they share now will help shape the care the next women diagnosed with GDM receive. We particularly want to hear from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and women from culturally and linguistically diverse communities, so that future services reflect the women who use them.
You can help before the survey closes on 31st August 2026:
- Email the flyer directly to eligible patients
- Display it in your waiting area
- Hand it out at appointments
Not every woman wants to fill in a form. The survey opens with an option to leave contact details for a private conversation instead — over the phone or at our Subiaco office.
