An update on our email subscription system

An update on our email subscription system

We recently identified an issue with a software update to our email system that affected some of our subscription lists.

As a result, a small number of people may have:

  • received emails they had not subscribed to, or
  • experienced problems unsubscribing from emails they no longer wished to receive.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or frustration this caused.

The issue was caused by a recent update to our email platform. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we paused all email communications. No data or personal information has been affected or disclosed.

We believe the underlying cause has now been identified and resolved, and we are continuing to monitor the system closely to ensure subscription preferences are working as expected.

We are also reviewing our subscription management processes to make it easier for you to manage your communication preferences and to help prevent similar issues in the future.

If you believe your subscription preferences are still incorrect, or if you continue to receive emails you do not wish to receive, please contact us at info@diabeteswa.com.au or call 1300 001 880 and we will be happy to assist.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this issue.
